Yatharth Hospital IPO GMP, Price, Dates & Allotment Details 2023

Introduction

The Yatharth Hospital IPO opens on July 26 and closes on July 28, 2023. According to the DRHP filed in SEBI, the company is planning to offer for the sale of 65.51 lakhs shares through this public issue.

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited (“the Company”)

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited was incorporated in 2008. They are among the top 10 largest private hospitals in the National Capital Region of Delhi (“Delhi NCR”) in terms of number of beds in Fiscal 2021.

As of the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, They operate three super specialty hospitals in Delhi NCR, i.e., at Noida, Greater Noida, and Noida Extension (U.P.).

The company recently acquired a 305-bed multi-specialty hospital in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh, near Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh (“Jhansi-Orchha”), which is one of the largest hospitals in the Jhansi-Orchha-Gwalior region (Source: CRISIL Report). With this recent acquisition, its total bed capacity increased to 1,405 beds as of the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus. In addition, Its critical care program comprises 318 critical care beds as of January 31, 2022. All of its hospitals based in Delhi, NCR, are accredited by the NABH.

As of January 31, 2022, we engaged 370 doctors and offered healthcare services across several specialties and superspecialties. For better and more focused patient care, we have carved out the following super specialties as Centers of Excellence (“COE”):

Objects of the Issue,

The company proposes utilising the Fresh Issue’s net proceeds towards funding the following objects:

  1. Repayment or prepayment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the company
  2. Repayment or prepayment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the Subsidiaries, namely, AKS Medical & Research Centre Private Limited and Ramraja Multispeciality Hospital & Trauma Centre Private Limited
  3. Funding capital expenditure expenses of the Company for two hospitals, namely, Noida Hospital and Greater Noida Hospital.
  4. Funding capital expenditure expenses of the Subsidiaries, AKS and Ramraja, for the respective hospitals operated by them.
  5. Funding inorganic growth initiatives through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
  6. General corporate purposes.
