Adani Enterprises has announced its FPO of Rs.20,000.

Adani Enterprises FPO will open on January 27 and close on January 31, 2023.

As per the Prospectus filed with SEBI, the company intends to raise approximately ₹ 20,000 crore through this FPO.

With these funds, the company wants to meet the capital requirement of its subsidiary companies as well as repay their and own loans.

The Adani Enterprises FPO lot size is 4 shares. A retail-individual investor can apply for up to 15 lots, i.e., 60 shares of ₹ 196,560.
