Tata Technologies Limited (“the Company”)
The company was founded in 1994. Global original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”) and their tier 1 suppliers can obtain product development and digital solutions, including turnkey solutions, from Tata Technologies Limited, a top provider of engineering services worldwide. This endeavour is to create value for their clients by helping them develop products that are safer and cleaner and improve the quality of life for their end customers. The business uses its extensive domain knowledge of the automotive sector to service clients in related industries like aerospace, transportation, and construction heavy machinery (“TCHM”). As a global organisation, they bring together diverse teams from different parts of the world with multiple skill sets to collaborate in real-time and solve complex engineering problems for their own clients.
We mainly categorise company business in two categories: services, which includes providing outsourced engineering services and digital transformation services to global manufacturing clients to help them conceive, design, develop, and deliver better products. And the second is technology solutions; through this, they resell third-party software applications, primarily product lifecycle management (“PLM”) software and solutions, and provide value-added services such as consulting, implementation, systems integration, and support.
