Homesfy Realty IPO opens on December 21 and closes on December 23, 2022. According to the DRHP filed in SEBI, the company is planning to raise about ₹15.86 crore through this public issue.

It was incorporated on May 6, 2011, with its headquarters in Thane, Maharashtra. The company is engaged in providing real estate broking services to real estate developers, retail buyers and  sellers, and investors for residential and commercial space.
Homesfy Realty Ltd. deals in newly constructed properties and plotting projects, whereby he assists the real estate developers in selling and potential customers in purchasing the properties. The company  operates its own business through direct selling from its in-house sales team and Direct Selling Agent listed on mymagnet  platform for referral services.

Company brokerage is a combination of both offline and online presence, allowing agents on company platforms to effectively hone deeper market expertise, generate leads, and win trust from customers.
In order to better serve their customers, they have developed and are currently maintaining a network of 7 offices spread across Mumbai, Pune, Noida, and Bangalore. These offices primarily handle sales, marketing, and payment collecting for the company. Currently, the company generates 80.00% of its revenue via direct selling and the remaining 20.00% via the MyMagnet platform.

Objects of the Issue

The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds of the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:

  1. Working Capital requirements of the Company.
  2. To meet Issue Expenses.
  3. General Corporate Purpose.
